The new user interface that takes advantage of the tab of Activities provides convenient consultation of tournament information, and results and rankings are also quickly accessible from the Control Center. Of note is Sony’s commitment to ensuring fun and engaging participation for all, regardless of skill level in the game.

PlayStation Tournaments on PS5 will coincide with the launch of a new dedicated Discord serverreads the PlayStation blog. Players will be able to connect to it to interact more deeply with the competitive PlayStation community. On the occasion of the launch of the initiative, from 1 December to 31 January it will be possible to take part in the special competition Win-A-Thon, a ranked challenge that allows you to accumulate victories and score by participating in the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 tournaments indicated with the appropriate badge. Up for grabs are cash prizes, consoles, Pulse 3D headsets and DualSense Edge pro controllers. The best players at the end of the initiative will get one of these special rewards.
