talks about the creator of the game Marcus Lehto on the tv series. “It’s not the Halo that I created”

The first season of Halo is drawing to a close and the following from the fans hasn’t been very positive. For this reason, co-creator of the original game Marcus Lehto talked about the series produced by Paramount, nine years after the official announcement of the first videogame title. The game-focused series disappointed a lot and failed to come close to the video game results.

Lehto on the Halo adaptation said: “I’m not sure what the inspiration for the show is. It is not the Halo that I created. I never said I didn’t like it. It is simply different from the Halo I helped create. It is as if it were another universe“.

On some very intriguing elements of the show: “I actually like some of the battle scenes. The action is fun and there is some quality VFX. Especially the effects of the plasma shots in the first episode are perfect. I never said I hate the show. Some parts are interesting. I am just confused by some choices they have made that seem far from the work I helped create“.

As it turns out then, the Halo series isn’t quite as similar to the game as Paramount would like it to appear.

Halo Infinite is available on Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X and PC, and is included on Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass. In the meantime, we remind you that the game also has a recipe book, but this infuriated some players with a lot of free time.
