Electronic Arts has officially announced the new chapter of the series!

After the many rumors of the past months, here it is in these minutes Electronic Arts officially announced Star Wars Jedi: Survivora new chapter in the series that premiered as part of the Star Wars Celebration. And on the occasion of this important announcement, the Canadian publisher has confirmed that the sequel to the acclaimed game of Star Wars from Respawn Entertainment will come out in the course of 2023.

That said, the aforementioned announcement also saw a short cinematic trailer posted online, where you can watch Cal Kestis after the events of Jedi: Fallen Orderall while he is still on the run from the fearsome and unstoppable Empire.

And while the trailer is pretty short, fans of the mind-born saga of George Lucas they can enjoy a whole series of iconic elements, then sublimated by new inquisitors and new mysteries. That said, the next action RPG Star Wars Jedi: Survivoris also developed this time by Respawn Entertainment and will be released on the next-generation PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X / S and PC platforms and possibly also on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Precisely with regard to this last element, it is important to underline how Electronic Arts did not specifically mention the platforms where the game will land, so it is not at all clear whether the new project will be released in the course of 2023 also on the old generation consoles, with the developers who could decide to make the game exclusively for next- gen.
