Star Wars, the new film of the saga coming in 2023!

The next Star Wars movie will be released in 2023as reported in an interview with GamesRadarby Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy which confirmed the new direction of the chapter, will be Taika Waititi. The new chapter should come out, barring unforeseen circumstances, at the end of 2023 but nothing has yet been fixed.

Her words: “When we think about our next cinematic moves, what we think about is the age of the gods sequel and subsequent years. We wonder how far we can go in our films. Basically this is the narrative field on which we are focusing and on which we want to work better “.

In another fairly recent interview, Kathleen Kennedy also stated that the saga of Star Wars will go on forever as long as there are interesting stories to tell. It is not a first time for director Taika Waititi who has already directed Jojo Rabbit, Thor: Ragnarok and Love and Thunder, already released this year. Waititi has in fact, already been part of the saga, directing the final episode of the first season of The Mandalorian and the IG-11 droid.
