Singularity disbands before RLCS 11
The European organization has found its downfall after a turbulent X season.
After a rather disappointing season of the Rocket League Championship Series, Team Singularity has disbanded for the third time in its 473mobile football tenure.
As of July 1, 2021, George “Breezi” Rusiecki, Joseph “hibbs” Jamie Hibbert, Kieran “rehzzy” Hogan and Kyle “Scrub Killa” Robertson are free agents effective immediately as a former world champion and manager Mark “Markydooda » Exton will remain in restructuring prior to RLCS 11.
His peak performances in Season X were playing on The Grid, earning multiple Top 4 hits and even a top spot with lackluster regional and mainline showings.
It all started with the transfer of Joseph “noly” Kidd and Thomas “ThO”. Guild Esports’ Binkhorst, who consequently put the Danish organization into crisis mode, fighting for players and making bold decisions aiming for short-term success.
Benching and releasing BS+ COMPETITON captain Leon “Godsmilla” Mares and World Champion Scrub Killa were clear signs that Season X was a done deal.
Finishing the campaign ranked 15th in the European rankings with just 850 home runs, Singularity missed any chance of breaking into the top six and qualifying for the potential LAN World Championship.
With a clean slate for next season, Markydooda and manager Jonas “vel” Schaffrick will likely be given all the resources necessary to get the team back to its status quo.
This goes beyond saying that the published list, sticky or LFT, is a threat on paper and should add spice to the already emotional pot that has been European Rostermania.
