Senua’s Saga, Ninja Theory complete motion capture. Is the release on PC and Xbox approaching?

A new update on the development of the exclusive PC and Xbox has been unveiled by the developers of Ninja Theory, Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2.

As reported by Idle Sloth on Twitter, the motion capture works of Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 would be finished. The announcement comes via the social network with some photos of the team and the message: “Ninja Theory has finished the motion capture work on Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II.

Thanks to this press release, we therefore know that the game has moved to the next level in terms of development and therefore the release should be close by now. However, the animations will have to be inserted into the game and it must therefore be evaluated if everything will go well or if something will need to be changed, although most of the work has been done. However, Ninja Theory has promised incredible quality for Hellblade 2, confirming that even the much-criticized combat system will be more refined and different from the title released in 2017. Furthermore, the game seems to have been inspired by various cinematic masterpieces.

Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 will therefore only be released on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and PC. The team is also working on a new project which, like Hellblade, will aim to explore human psychology: Project Mara. This title, just like Hellblade, it will also be characterized by a graphic sector bordering on photorealism.
