PortAventura World, a leisure complex located in Vila Seca – Salou (Tarragona), has announced that in 2023 it will open a new attraction based on the Uncharted franchise from PlayStation Studios. The company has not detailed what type of attraction it is, but they have already appeared images of building a roller coaster.
Not too many video games have inspired an attraction and Uncharted will be the first PlayStation Studios intellectual property to have one. In addition, the Naughty Dog saga also has a movie in which Tom Holland is Nathan Drake. Currently the most notable video game amusement park is Super Nintendo World, a themed area at Universal Studios Japan.
