Red Dead Redemption 2 has passed its peak of active players on Steam, three years after its release on PC. According to reports from SteamDB, on November 27, 2022 they would have been registered well 66,492 players online at the same time. In fact, the previous record was beaten, set in the post-launch period of 26 December 2019, with 55,000 active users.
The number of players online at the same time has been growing gradually these days. On November 22, 2022 they were registered 20,000 online users while on November 23rd there were around 29,700 and 41,600 on November 24th. Numbers that continued to grow then on November 25th and November 26th, 49,000 and 60,000 to then reach 66,400 on 27 November.
Furthering these numbers is the fact that Red Dead Redemption 2 is currently 67% off in the Steam Fall Sale (through November 29, 2022). The platform has decided to offer it at the unrepeatable price of €19.79, with a 67% discount. The game has gathered around it something like 50 million gamers (47 to be precise). Are you already part of the group of cowboys who bought it? If the answer is no, you can fix it from the Amazon box below. Too bad for the online component, a little gem of RDR2. Rockstar Games does not seem willing to support it further.
