At the Capcom Showcase last night, the company also had news about the promising Exoprimal ready for you. Above all, there will be a second open beta test phase in the near future.
The dino shooter Exoprimal is one of the most promising titles from Capcom and has therefore also been granted some time on the Capcom Showcase. The most important message for those interested: a second openly accessible beta test phase is imminent and invites you to try it out.
Accordingly, you will be able to play the team-based online action game from next Friday, June 16th at 2:00 a.m. and then until Monday, June 19th at 1:59 a.m. Supported platforms are Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Windows PC (also via Steam), PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
Open Beta #2 includes new elements including 10-player co-op missions and story content designed to provide a deeper dive into the ever-evolving main game mode, Dino Survival. Participants in this test phase will also qualify to receive the “Flash” Zephyr skin as a special bonus item in the final game.
Away from the beta, the showcase also got a first look at a new exosuit variant, the Deadeye Alpha: Burst Fire. Finally, director Takuro Hiraoka also introduced the special co-op mode called “Savage Gauntlet”, which challenges teams of five with weekly changing PvE missions. In addition to fighting for survival, teams can compete with other squads around the world for the fastest completion time.
Exoprimal will be available from July 14th. The title will also be part of Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass from Day 1.
