Evan Peters awarded at the Golden Globes for his performance in the Netflix series

Last night was the one dedicated to the Golden Globes. The annual event that is the forerunner of the program of events for 2023 in the field of film and television entertainment has recorded several surprises. Peters, already known to the general public, also proved his acting skills in the role of Jeffrey Dahmer.

The serial killer was told by Netflix in the miniseries dedicated entirely to his life and his crimes. Also nominated were Taron Egerton (Black Bird), Colin Firth (The Staricase), Andrew Garfield (In Heaven’s Name), and Sebastian Stan (Pam & Tommy).

Dahmer: Tale of a Monster was also nominated in the category ‘Best Miniseries or TV Movie). At the starting line to grab the title there were also the same Black Bird, Pam & Tommy, The Dropout and The White Lotus which was then awarded the final prize. Dahmer briefly held a record on Netflix. in the period of release, it almost reached the top of the ranking of the most viewed series in English ever on the streaming platform.
