One month after launch in Early Access (from us well received) Shiro Games shared new information on what the development path of Dune: Spice Wars. The development studio has published a practice Road mapin which we can read how during this summer the strategic will be enriched by multiplayer component (both cooperative and competitive) and one new faction yet to be disclosed. The following months will see the appearance of new structures and units on the battlefield: on the one hand airships and space ports, and on the other the advisors of each faction, who will act as heroic units.
On the sidelines of the roadmap, Shiro Games clarified how should not be considered exhaustive. During Early Access, Dune: Spice Wars will also receive performance updates, various bug fixes and any quality of life improvements; in addition, based on the response of the community of players, what is present in the roadmap it may be subject to change. For now, however, the studio is focusing on developing multiplayer features.
