Nintendo has recently announced that Mario Strikers: Battle League Footballthe crazy football game that sees Mario, Luigi, Peach, Bowser and other protagonists of the iconic video game series face off for supremacy on the pitch, could be tried it for free before launch. The developer has in fact organized a demo event that will take place on June 4th and 5th, and which will allow those interested to take part in online challenges against other players, as well as obviously allowing them to hone their skills through a substantial tutorial. The event will take place in the following time slots:
- Saturday 4th June 05:00 – 06:00 CEST
- Saturday 4th June 13:00 – 14:00 CEST
- Saturday 4th June 21:00 – 22:00 CEST
- Sunday 5th June 5:00 – 6:00 CEST
- Sunday 5th June 13:00 – 14:00 CEST
- Sunday 5th June 21:00 – 22:00 CEST
The demo is already available for free download from Nintendo eShop for those with a Nintendo Switch Online subscription. You don’t have this subscription but still want to try Mario Strikers: Battle League Football? No problem: from 2 June at 12:00 Nintendo will allow all users to take advantage of a free week of Nintendo Switch Online, even if you have already taken advantage of the opportunity in the past. In addition to allowing access to the demo event, this free trial will also include all the features of the service, including the library of over 100 NES and Super NES titles.
