The GaranSilent team has released a new interesting mod for Skyrim that changes the appearance of more than 100 characters. You can see if the NPCs have changed after installing the mod in the screenshots. In the images, the modder showed 7 characters:
- Niria
- Mirabelle
- Furu
- Serana
- Carlotta
- Goldira
- Ancano

Modification weighs 1.3 GB. According to the authors, it is very easy to install, but not compatible with other similar mods. You can download it here
